Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead all store operations, drive sales and customer experience, and safeguard compliance with safety and quality standards. You will oversee a team of department managers and receivers, manage inventory and expenses, and ensure training and development across departments.

The role requires strong leadership, P&L awareness, and flexibility to work varied schedules including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail, analytical and solution-focused decisiveness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, bookkeeping/accounting, time and attendance, and HR software.

Responsibilities

• Positively shape the culture in the store by modeling the leadership behaviors aligned to Sprouts values.
• Develop the store leadership team to deliver an exceptional customer experience by motivating and engaging team members.
• Lead a team of approximately ten people (all Department Managers and Receivers) with courtesy, respect, integrity, and care.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, unloading, stocking, and rotation of merchandise.
• Maintain compliance with safety and food safety requirements and audits.
• Drive sales growth and store experience with strong product knowledge and initiatives.
