Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to direct business processes at the assigned store and drive sales and efficiency. You will lead a team across departments, ensuring safety, labeling, and weights and measures standards are met while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include developing store leadership, managing P&L with focus on inventory, labor and expenses, and upholding company programs.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience or equivalent education/experience mix.
• Proven success leading both perishable and non-perishable operations.
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related software.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety certification.
• Able to lift 60 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.

• Develop leadership to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Lead a team of ~10 Department Managers and Receivers with integrity and care.
• Drive sales growth and store experience through inventory control and knowledge.
