Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Phoenix, AZ to lead a store team and drive sales and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee ~10 department managers and receivers, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and manage inventory and expenses to meet targets. This role requires strong leadership, P&L ownership, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifikationen

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business/retail preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience.
• Leadership experience across perishable and non-perishable departments with P&L, safety, staffing, coaching.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and solution-focused.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, bookkeeping/accounting, time and attendance, and HR software.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety certification.
• Able to lift 60 pounds; push/pull heavy merchandise.
• Stand/walk long periods; reach and lift as needed.
• Wear PPE as required.
• Ovens, freezers, scales, and other store equipment familiarity.

• Ensure safety, labeling, health and sanitation compliance.
• Oversee store in absence of Store Manager.
• Maintain displays, freshness, pricing, and invoicing.
