Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to direct all store operations, drive sales, and manage a ten-person leadership team. You will ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while coaching staff to deliver excellent customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, P&L ownership, and the ability to balance perishable and non-perishable departments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; business management/retail degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience or equivalent education.
• Proven ability to lead perishable and non-perishable departments with P&L, safety, and merchandising responsibilities.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and store HR software.
