Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Orange County to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will train staff, manage scheduling, and uphold brand standards while maintaining a welcoming, high-energy store environment.

Responsibilities include supervising associates, handling escalations, ensuring visual merchandising, and supporting inventory control. The role reports to Store Manager and offers growth in retail leadership.

Responsibilities

Act as Manager on Duty for scheduling, complaints, and coverage when Store Manager is away.
Lead and develop store associates through training programs and goal setting.
Maintain discipline through verbal and written warnings as needed.
Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment and adherence to brand standards.
Schedule, staff, and call in associates during peak times as required.
Recruit and train store personnel on proper operations and procedures.
Ensure policy compliance and safeguarding of inventory and funds.
