Job summary

Lids is seeking a Store Manager in Los Angeles to lead all aspects of store operations, training, and team development. You will drive the selling strategy, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage daily performance to meet KPIs while maintaining a fun and inclusive work environment.

You will oversee hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and inventory, partnering with leadership to deliver consistent results and memorable fan experiences. This role reports to the District Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead store hiring strategy, planning needs, recruitment strategy, and turnover projections.
• Onboard new team members and foster a fun, productive environment aligned with company objectives.
• Drive team engagement through recognition, regular check-ins, and performance documentation.
• Coordinate cross-store communication via district platforms.
• Execute selling strategy to meet KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll compliance, and store operations to maintain efficiency.
• Manage product strategy, merchandising, and inventory accuracy.
