Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Irvine to lead daily store operations, coach team members, and ensure excellent customer service. You will manage scheduling, training, and store performance while upholding brand standards and loss prevention measures.

You will also oversee inventory, pricing, and merchandising, participate in hiring, and help create a welcoming, high-energy shopping environment for fans and customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty in schedule and issue resolution scenarios.
