Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Norwalk, CT to partner with the General Manager in executing store strategies and driving exceptional customer experiences. You will lead a team of Managers, manage scheduling, and ensure operational excellence across merchandising, training, and compliance.

The AGM will collaborate with Field Leaders and SSC to meet store goals, reduce losses, and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture while owning the end-to-end store

Qualifications

• Strong leadership to build and guide a team of Managers.
• Excellent communication to interact with stores, field leaders, and SSC.
• Analytical skills to review data and drive business decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet store goals.
• Experience in sales, management, or people development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a team of Managers to exceed customer service expectations.
• Understand business reporting and customer insights to troubleshoot opportunities.
• Coach and empower Managers to be business experts using data-driven decisions.
• De-escalate negative customer experiences and support Associates.
• Ensure compliance with all merchandising and operations standards.
• Lead scheduling planning based on labor budgets and customer traffic.
• Oversee loss prevention and inventory accuracy.
• Lead HR operational programs and ensure inclusive culture across the store teams.
• Drive local recruitment and ensure onboarding and training are completed proficiently.
