PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Tennessee to lead store operations, coach Managers, and drive customer experience to new heights. You will own daily store performance, supervise scheduling, and ensure adherence to standards while collaborating with field leaders and SSC to meet company goals.

The AGM role emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, and a culture of inclusion, safety, and integrity across all departments.

• Oversee scheduling and labor planning based on traffic and sales.
