Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in Tennessee seeks an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to partner with the General Manager in executing store strategies, driving performance, and elevating the customer experience.

You will lead a team of managers, manage labor budgets and recruitment, onboard and train staff, and ensure compliance while maintaining a world-class shopping environment. This role emphasizes growth, coaching, and a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience in sales, management, or people development.
• College degree preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lb.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a team of Managers to exceed customer service expectations.
• Understand business reporting and customer insights to troubleshoot opportunities.
• Coach and empower Managers to use data to drive decisions.
• Respond to negative customer experiences and de-escalate appropriately.
• Ensure compliance with merchandising and operations standards.
• Oversee scheduling and labor budgets in partnership with Operations Manager.
• Lead HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and training in Workday.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across store leadership.
