Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to partner with the General Manager in executing store strategies and directives. The AGM drives store goals, operational efficiency, and customer experience, while empowering department managers to own their areas.

The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, training, and accountability to maintain world-class experiences for customers and a diverse, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in sales, management, or people development.
• College degree preferred.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, move around the store and lift a 30 lb. box.
• Flexible work week including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a team of passionate and knowledgeable Managers.
• Understand business reporting and customer insights to identify opportunities.
• Coach and empower managers to be business experts using data.
• De-escalate negative customer experiences and support associates.
• Ensure compliance with Merchandising and Operations Standards.
• Lead store staffing and scheduling planning in partnership with Operations Manager.
• Lead HR processes and onboard new hires in Workday.
• Drive a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion across the store.
