Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail experience with proven leadership in perishable and non-perishable departments.
• Ability to manage profit & loss, safety, staffing, and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately ten people including Department Managers and Receivers.
• Drive sales, customer service, and store efficiency through strong leadership.
• Oversee inventory, labor, and expenses to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, labeling, and health standards.
• Coach and develop leaders; make staffing and performance decisions.
