Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States. You will lead daily store operations, coach staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and a customer-focused mindset to support sales goals and brand standards.

The position reports to the Store Manager and requires the ability to manage on the floor, balance cash, and handle inventories while delivering a welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Capable of working without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

• Act as manager on duty for scheduling and customer issues.
• Lead and develop store team through training and coaching.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and POS operations.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and backroom organization.
• Open/close procedures and daily store readiness.
