Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States to lead daily store operations, coach a team, and ensure premier customer service. You will drive sales, manage schedules, and uphold brand standards while maintaining store security and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Manage store associates through LIDS Training Programs and goal setting; follow up regularly.
• Administer discipline with verbal and written warnings in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Lead the selling strategy to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer feedback and escalations in the moment to “make it right.”
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and adherence to visual guidelines.
• Manage cash operations including opening/closing tills and bank drops.
• Prepare store for inventory audits and support counts.
• Open and close the store following SOPs.
