Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States. This role leads store operations, drives sales, and delivers exceptional customer service while maintaining brand standards and a productive team environment.

The position emphasizes staffing, training, merchandising execution, and adherence to company policies, with a focus on creating a welcoming and inclusive store culture. The role reports to the Store Manager and participates in ongoing development and performance

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints, etc. when Store Manager is not present.
• Lead store associates through training programs, goal setting, and regular follow-up.
• Engage team to create a respectful, inclusive environment and adhere to brand standards.
• Schedule and staffing of the store, including peak coverage.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on proper store operations.
• Ensure merchandising, VM, and store cleanliness align with guidelines.
