Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Miami to lead daily store operations, coach the sales team, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. You will drive sales, manage opening/closing procedures, and uphold visual merchandising standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role focuses on staff development, performance management, and executing company policies while delivering exceptional service and maintaining store profitability.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Lead selling strategy to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain store technology and equipment (MPOS, Lids Custom) and manage cash handling.
• Organize backroom and inventory to optimize space and productivity.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel and ensure adherence to company policies.
