Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Miami, FL to lead daily store operations and team development. You will drive sales, uphold brand standards, and deliver exceptional customer service while managing scheduling, training, and store policies.

You will report to the Store Manager and help create a fun, inclusive, high-performance environment in a busy retail setting with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales while controlling shrink.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Act as store manager on duty when Store Manager is absent.
• Lead and train store associates through LIDS programs and goals.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and appearance standards.
• Schedule and staff the store to handle peak times and holidays.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing team members.
• Ensure loss prevention and inventory controls are followed.
