Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Florida. You will be responsible for leading daily store operations, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining brand standards and store appearance.

As a key role, you will supervise staff, handle scheduling, training, and merchandising, while ensuring policies are followed and the store remains compliant and financially sound.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints, and related tasks.
• Lead store associates through training, goal setting, and regular follow-ups.
• Administer progressive discipline when the Store Manager is absent.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment and adherence to Brand Standards.
• Schedule staffing and call in associates to cover peaks.
• Recruit and train store personnel on operations and procedures.
• Ensure policy compliance and proper safeguarding of inventory and cash.
• Assist in recruiting and training to maintain strong store performance.
