ALDI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, drive sales, control expenses, and ensure excellent customer service. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will develop personnel, foster a positive team environment, and uphold ALDI’s values and standards.

The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and adherence to company policies. Starting wage is $27.50/hour with a $28.50/hour raise in Year 2, based on a 38-hour work week.

• Experience leading in a retail environment.
• Ability to communicate expectations and develop staff.
• Ability to implement action plans to improve results.
• Ability to hire and interview candidates as needed.
• Compliance with policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Oversee resolution of employee and customer concerns with the store manager.
• Lead and develop store personnel and communicate performance expectations.
• Assist with action plans to improve operating results and development.
• Lead store tours during interviews and provide hiring recommendations.
• Train staff using company materials and ensure customer service principles.
• Manage schedules, cash handling, and merchandising to maximize sales.
