ALDI is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support supervision of daily store activities, drive performance, and manage schedules. You will help develop operational action plans, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service and store standards.

The role requires at least 3 years in retail with leadership experience; starting wage is $26.00 per hour, with a wage increase to $27.00 in year two, based on performance. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and within a team, provide prompt and courteous customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities to improve direct reports' performance.
• Model company values and maintain teamwork among employees.
• Monitor competitive environment and advise adjustments to maintain position.
• Participate in interviewing for store personnel.
• Ensure adherence to inventory, product handling, and cash control policies.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper signage.
• Support stock levels through product ordering and merchandising.
