Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities and scheduling.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Identify training opportunities to develop the team.
• Communicate the company strategy and core values to employees.
• Monitor inventory procedures, product signage, and loss prevention.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel and payroll goals.
