Panda Restaurant Group Inc. is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team.

You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing associates, and driving toward financial goals while ensuring guest satisfaction. You will begin your leadership journey as a Store Manager in Panda's GM development path, with 12+ weeks of leadership training and progression toward a General Manager role upon successful completion of required evaluations and

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• External hires begin as Store Managers as part of the General Manager development path and training.
• Complete 12+ weeks of store leadership training; eligible for GM promotion after training and GO100 certification.
