Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to direct all business processes at the assigned Mesa store, driving sales, efficiency, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage a team of ~10, lead department managers, and ensure safety, labeling, and sanitation standards while reporting to the Store Manager. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business management, marketing, retailing, communications or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience; or combination of education and experience.
• Proven leadership of both perishable and non-perishable departments with P&L, safety, staffing, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead store leadership team to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Direct approximately ten staff including Department Managers and Receivers.
• Oversee inventory, labor, and expenses to meet sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, labeling, health, and sanitation standards.
• Drive sales growth and maintain in-store programs and promotions.
