Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to direct all business processes at the assigned store, ensuring sales and efficiency while upholding safety and quality standards. The role requires leadership across departments, coaching the store team, and maintaining excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, drive store sales, and foster employee engagement through strong, dynamic leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; business/retail degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Experience leading both perishable and non-perishable departments with P&L accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and team of about ten department managers and receivers.
• Drive sales and customer advocacy while ensuring safety and compliance.
• Oversee inventory, labor, and expenses to meet targets and maintain accuracy.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and development of store leadership.
