Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience.
• Proven leadership of non-perishable and perishable departments, including P&L, safety, staffing, and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Direct store operations in all departments to drive sales and efficiency.
• Lead a team of roughly ten managers and receivers with respect and integrity.
