Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to direct store operations and drive sales growth. You will lead a team across departments, ensure safety and quality standards, and optimize inventory, labor, and expense controls to meet targets.

Successful candidates will combine strong leadership with customer-focused service, coaching department managers, and maintaining a compliant, efficient, and friendly shopping environment for our customers.

Qualifications

• Experience directing store operations including perishable and non-perishable departments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, labor, and expenses to targets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Direct and model Sprouts values to shape store culture and performance.
• Develop and lead the store leadership team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Oversee all store operations, including inventory, scheduling, and safety compliance.
• Lead Receivers and backroom organization to ensure efficient, accurate stocking and pricing.
• Engage with team to drive sales, shrink prevention, and customer satisfaction.
