The TJX Companies, Inc. – TJ Maxx Concord NH is seeking a Key Carrier to support store operations, often taking on leadership duties and acting as Manager on Duty when needed. You’ll help maintain merchandise flow, lead associates, and ensure a positive customer experience.

This role requires open availability including nights and weekends, strong communication, coaching ability, and the flexibility to adapt to store needs.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage for a positive customer experience.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed according to guidelines.
• Provides coaching and feedback to Associates and training needs.
