The TJX Companies, Inc. in Portsmouth, VA is hiring for a Key Carrier to support store operations and lead as needed. This role emphasizes strong customer service, leadership, and adherence to policy while maintaining schedules that include nights and weekends.

You will act as a Manager on Duty when required, coach associates, and ensure proper coverage and safety. This position requires adaptability, teamwork, and a focus on operational excellence at TJ Maxx stores.

• 1 year retail, 6 months leadership experience.

• Ensures adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.

• Supports and participates in shrink reduction goals and programs.
