Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Key Carrier to support store operations and leadership, alternating with Coordinator duties. You will model exceptional customer service, coach Associates, and help ensure store procedures are followed. Open availability, including nights and weekends, is required to succeed.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience.
• 6 months leadership experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience and serves as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Coaches Associates and provides guidance to team.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are followed and labor is appropriately allocated.
• Maintains adherence to all store policies and procedures.
• Promotes safety and reduces shrink through awareness and actions.
