The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Key Carrier for TJ Maxx in the United States. This role alternates with the Coordinator role and includes leadership duties, ensuring coverage, and maintaining store operations. Candidates must be available nights and weekends and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualificações

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
