Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Ensures store team performs tasks as per store plan and prioritizes as needed.
• Coaches Associates and provides feedback and recognition.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and assists in shrink reduction goals.
