Target's Stores Executive Internship is a paid, 40 hr/week hands-on training program designed to develop store leadership. As a Stores Executive Intern, you will work with managers and team members to learn how Target's retail business operates and what it takes to excel in a management role.

You will lead daily priorities, engage guests, develop your leadership skills through mentorship, and gain exposure to multiple store areas, with ongoing development conversations and feedback to help you
