Target is offering a Stores Executive Internship that provides a paid, hands-on training program designed to develop and prepare you for a leadership role within our stores. The internship runs at 40 hours per week and places you alongside mentors and managers to learn the business.

You will gain experience in guest service, daily operations, and team leadership as you work toward preparing for a future executive role within Target.

Qualifications

• Paid internship program with hands-on training to develop store leadership.
• Interest in retail leadership and guest service excellence.

Responsabilités

• Lead store salesfloor and backroom activities to align daily priorities.
• Partner with ETL mentor and store leaders to understand roles.
• Lead daily priorities such as stocking shelves and creating a welcoming guest environment.
• Attend internship program trainings and developmental activities.
