Target is offering a Stores Executive Internship, a paid 40 hr/week hands-on training program designed to develop and prepare you for store leadership. As a Stores Executive Intern, you will gain a realistic preview of the Executive Team Leader role while working with managers and team members to learn store priorities and guest service.

This internship teaches you to lead, drive guest experience, and build leadership skills in a fast-paced retail environment with mentorship and growth
