CVS Health is building a world of health around every individual. The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program is a development-focused path designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position, with a self-paced, collaborative training over 16 weeks and both virtual and hands-on learning experiences.

As an SMIT you will work with your District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach to grow into store leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant work experience may be considered.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the self-paced, collaborative training over 16 weeks.
• Support your store as management team member and lead in line with CVS values and policies.
• Engage colleagues in support of CVS's purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles within the designated market.
