Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to develop future store leaders. This 16‑week, self‑paced program combines virtual and hands‑on experiences to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role, supported by your District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager and your Store Manager coach.

If you excel in customer care, merchandising and team leadership, you’ll progress toward store management in your designated market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or equivalent CVS supervisor experience preferred.
• A four-year college degree is preferred or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with your leader in Key Learning Experiences to support your path to promotion.
• Support store operations as a management team member in line with CVS values.
• Lead colleagues in support of the company's purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Willingness to accept promotion roles within the designated market.
