CVS Health is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop future store leaders through a 16-week, self-paced and collaborative training plan. The role blends virtual and hands-on experiences with guidance from district leaders, HR, and the Store Manager coach.

The SMIT participant learns in a structured environment, supporting and eventually leading store operations, merchandising, and customer care while aligning with CVS values and market needs.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication to lead a team.
• Customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Implement merchandising strategies to drive store sales growth.
• Manage inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
