CVS Health Corporation’s Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program is designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. It combines self-paced training with hands-on learning over 16 weeks, supported by your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

This full-time role offers a 45-hour workweek, pay range $18.50–$23.88 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support colleagues and their families.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with leadership in learning experiences to support promotion.
• Support store as part of the management team following CVS policies.
• Lead colleagues in CVS purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles in the designated market.
• Commit to a 16-week, self-paced, virtual and hands-on training program.
