Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with leaders during learning experiences to prepare for promotion to Store Manager.
• Support store as a management team member while demonstrating CVS values and policies.
• Engage colleagues in CVS' purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Be willing to accept promotion to Store Manager in the market you work in.
• Coordinate with district leaders and store managers to drive customer care and sales.
