Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding is seeking an Assistant Manager to ensure outstanding Guest service by following the Hi Five experience, either personally or through a team on duty. You will oversee daily operations, including order accuracy, store cleanliness, and compliance, while guiding shifts and coaching associates.

The role emphasizes managing POS and gas-console transactions, stocking, security, and reporting, with a full-time schedule (37–40 hours) across 1st–3rd shifts in Cincinnati, OH.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising associates and coaching staff to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Ability to manage store administration and paperwork under guidance of leadership.
• Proven ability to handle cash, transactions and security procedures.
• Must be able to work full-time, including 1st/2nd/3rd shifts, and pass state alcohol/tobacco compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach shift associates, including interviewing applicants.
• Handle store admin tasks such as delivery reports and paperwork.
• Deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and assist Guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare DipSide items and maintain fresh, attractive display cases.
• Operate POS system and gas console, process transactions, and make change.
• Stock shelves, dips, coffee, and maintain proper product rotation.
• Maintain store security and monitor cash drops per policy.
• Keep the store clean, safe, and well-maintained; monitor equipment temps.
• Accurately complete time records and relevant guest-service documentation.
• Execute other duties as assigned by Management.
