You will lead a small team, monitor KPI-driven performance, and ensure brand standards while providing coaching and maintaining asset protection. This role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a steady focus on delivering exceptional service to customers.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years in fashion or retail, supervision preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist daily store operations including sales, client experience, scheduling, and asset protection.
• Achieve daily sales goals using KPI metrics and digital platforms.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team to enhance customer experience.
• Communicate store initiatives to staff and uphold visual standards.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and protect store assets.
