Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in fashion or retail.
• Strong supervisory, communication, and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft & Apple technology.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.
• Ability to be on your feet and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales goals using KPI metrics and digital tools.
• Provide feedback to Store Manager to support clear action plans for financial results.
• Understand Lilly Pulitzer brand, client, merchandise, and heritage.
• Oversee assigned division of responsibility and communicate initiatives to the team.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching with clear, actionable feedback.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and Lilly Pulitzer visual/operational standards.
