Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help achieve budgeted net sales and deliver an exceptional client experience at our Jacksonville store. You will partner with the Store Manager to plan for growth, lead the team in their absence, and uphold brand standards.

You will coach staff, assist with payroll, recruit as needed, and ensure the store runs smoothly day-to-day. Strong leadership and customer-service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in fashion or luxury retail.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experience and drive sales.
• Partner with Store Manager on action plans to achieve financial results.
• Lead store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
• Provide coaching and feedback to the team; assist payroll and recruiting.
