Lilly Pulitzer is seeking an Associate Manager to support daily store operations in our New York location. You will drive sales, enhance client experience, and safeguard store assets while coaching a team to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in fashion or retail preferred.
• Strong supervisory, communication, and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft & Apple technology.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.
• Ability to be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operation of the Lilly Pulitzer store, including sales and client experience.
• Deliver results by achieving daily sales goals using KPI metrics.
• Provide feedback to Store Manager to create action plans for financial results.
• Oversee division of responsibility and communicate store initiatives to team.
• Provide coaching to associates and support a strong client experience.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and store visuals to company standards.
