Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is seeking an Associate Manager to help run the daily store operations, drive sales and enhance client experiences across the Lilly Pulitzer retail location. You will support scheduling, asset protection and performance within a fun, fashion-forward environment.

Responsibilities include coaching associates, promoting team selling, and maintaining Lilly Pulitzer visual and service standards while achieving daily sales goals and KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in fashion or retail preferred.
• Strong supervisory, communication, and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, sales, client experience and scheduling.
• Help safeguard store assets and ensure accuracy in cash handling.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and drive team selling for strong client experience.
