Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to support client service and store operations in Fort Worth, TX. You will learn brand aesthetics, engage with guests, and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience.

You will build relationships with clients, drive sales through product knowledge and personalized outreach, and help maintain Lilly Pulitzer’s visual standards. Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or client service experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred.
• Be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by providing an exceptional service with product knowledge and active listening to clientele.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Provide feedback to store management on selling opportunities and successes.
• Help maintain Lilly Pulitzer’s visual and operational standards as set by Visual and Retail Operations teams.
