Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is seeking an Associate Manager to support the daily operation of the Lilly Pulitzer retail store in Dallas. This role includes sales, client experience, scheduling, and safeguarding store assets. The position entails a store-specific division of responsibility and a 40-hour work week.

As a full-time, non-exempt role, you will drive KPI-based sales, provide in-the-moment coaching, and ensure Lilly Pulitzer’s visual and operational standards. Seasonal hours and overtime may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in fashion or retail.
• Strong supervisory, communication, and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft & Apple technology.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.
• Ability to be on your feet and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Focus on achieving and exceeding daily sales goals using KPI metrics.
• Utilize training tools and digital platforms to drive sales.
• Provide feedback to Store Manager to support action plans.
• Understand Lilly Pulitzer concept and client experience.
• Oversee assigned division of responsibility and accountability for results.
• Coach associates to participate in team selling and exceptional client experience.
• Maintain cash transaction accuracy and store standards.
• Safeguard the assets of the store.
