Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to achieve the Budgeted Net Sales for their store, provide an exceptional client experience, embody the brand positioning, and lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager.

You will grow and develop the team, uphold core values, manage day-to-day operations, mentor staff, assist with recruitment and payroll, and maintain Lilly Pulitzer’s visual and operational standards while delivering outstanding service to every client.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience, fashion or luxury retail preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in fashion or luxury retail.
• Proficient in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to develop relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and decision making.
• High ownership and responsibility.
• Proficient in Microsoft & Apple technology.
• Knowledge of XStore and Tulip is a plus.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by delivering an exceptional client experience and supporting sales teams.
• Partner with Store Manager to create action plans that achieve financial results.
• Partner with Store Manager to build strategies to increase sales and expand community reach.
• Utilize training tools and digital platforms to drive sales.
• Oversee assigned division and be accountable for results.
• Lead the store team to ensure top-priority client experience.
• Communicate company initiatives and feedback to staff.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and guidance to the team.
• Assist with payroll and recruitment efforts.
