Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Newport News, VA. You will lead daily operations, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer service while delivering on store targets.

You will manage scheduling, training, and adherence to policies to create a productive, inclusive environment and maintain brand standards. You’ll collaborate with leadership to execute promotions, manage inventory, and uphold loss prevention measures.
