Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will supervise staff, uphold merchandising standards, and manage cash and inventory with a focus on creating a positive, inclusive team environment.

As the heart of the store, you will train employees, handle scheduling, resolve customer issues promptly, and ensure the store meets performance targets while maintaining brand

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Lead and develop store associates using LIDS Training Programs.
• Administer disciplinary steps as needed.
• Create a respectful, inclusive team environment.
• Schedule and staff the store effectively.
• Recruit and train store personnel.
• Drive selling strategy to achieve KPIs and customer service.
• Resolve customer feedback and escalations to make it right.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
• Manage cash handling and POS operations.
• Prepare for inventory audits and assist with counts.
• Open and close the store per SOP.
• Protect company assets and manage stock counts.
